If a student is arriving on an international flight at Terminal 1, the meeting point is in front of the Vodafone shop.

For students who are arriving on Virgin Australia (VA) domestic (within Australia) flights at Terminal 1, the PSS driver will meet the student near the Baggage Claim for the incoming flight.

For students who are arriving on Jetstar (JQ) domestic (within Australia) flights at Terminal 2, the PSS driver will meet the student near the Baggage Claim for the incoming flight.

If the student is arriving on a Qantas (QF) international flight at Terminal 3, the PSS driver will be waiting in the Arrivals area where passengers exit after Immigration and Customs.

For students who are arriving on either Qantas (QF) domestic (within Australia) flights at Terminal 4, the PSS driver will meet the student near the Baggage Claim (either Baggage Claim 1.2.3.4) for the incoming flight.

Baggage Allowance (Included in Standard transfer price)

Each passenger may bring:

• 1 large checked suitcase (maximum 23 kg each)


• 1 cabin-sized bag or backpack (maximum 7 kg)


• 1 personal item (handbag, laptop bag, or similar)

Additional charges will apply for:

• More than 1 large suitcase


• Oversized items that require extra vehicle space


• Sporting equipment (surfboards, bicycles, golf clubs,
  etc.)


• Excessive luggage that requires a larger vehicle

Surcharge Rate:

• AUD $15 per additional suitcase


• AUD $25 per oversized item

All extra baggage is subject to vehicle capacity and must be approved and paid for in advance.
